Where do I find old versions of software? (Windows/MAC)

Have you ever said to yourself, "Where can I find the older version of this program? It seemed to work much more reliably than the latest version."

Or, do you need just the basic features of a popular utility and not all of those features of the new version? Or - and this happens a lot - you found your registration key but it is for the older version!
